Lake Country Home Improvements did a wonderful job of carpentry on our home. Prior to having the house painted, some rotted wood sections needed replacement, as well as a deck repair, garage service door replacement and storm door replacement. Everyone involved was skilled and professional. The team arrived on time, worked long hours in the heat, and their supervisor was easy to reach with any questions I had. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Lake Country Home Improvements and the results of our new windows, front door, and kitchen. Everything turned out amazing and completely transformed our home. Jake, our salesman, was fantastic from the beginning. He was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with, and always made sure we understood our options without ever feeling pressured. Graham, the owner, was amazing and clearly takes a lot of pride in making sure his customers are happy and the work is done right. Johnny, our project manager, did an awesome job keeping everything organized, communicating with us, and making sure all the details came together. Mike, who handled the woodwork, also did incredible work, and you can really see the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the finished product. Graham and his crew expanded our deck and replaced our rotten wood sliding doors. They were very trustworthy and efficient! Replacing our doors was a bit unexpected but graham and his team were very helpful and made the experience less stressful. They did an amazing job! We recently had Lake Country Home Improvements replace our patio doors, service door, and shower glass. They look incredible and I only wish we had done the projects sooner! Jake was great to work with and supported us throughout the process. We will be contacting them for future home improvement projects.
